Cancellation and Refund policy

Please read the policy

Refund applicable for the below cases

  • Transaction failed
  • Unsuccessful purchase after the payment
  • If the item is not received within the given delivery date
  • For cancelling the product - Customers are requested to check the return policy and refund applicable cases before initiate the cancellation request
  • For damaged/ defective products, the seller will issue the refund. Cshoppy will not be responsible if the product cannot be repaired or replaced

Refund modes

  • Refund can be processed to the customer payment account
  • No cash refunds
  • Please allow 10 working days for us to credit the refund amount to customer payment account
  • Maximum refund request period is 3 working days from the product received date

Cancellation Policy

Product Cancellation is possible only for the below scenarios

  • If the product is damged
  • If the package not delivered within the given delivery time
  • If recieved wrong product, Request need to raise within 24 hours to exchange the product

All cancellation and exchange request need to raise within 24 hours.
