Product Return policy:
Return products, Customer need to ship back to Cshoppy registered address with the original condition with price tags. We will not accept the products for the return which are used or damaged by the customer

- Cshoppy is not responsible for the products for which the warranty is directly given by the seller. However Cshoppy will raise the complaint to the Seller to resolve the issue
- Order cancellation is not possible once the order is placed, Becasue after the customer booking Cshoppy placed the order to seller team to dispatch and ship the product
- If customer requests to cancel the order after shipping, courier charges will be collected from the customer and remaining amount will be refund to the customer account
- If the customer will not receive the product within the delivery date, customer can cancel the order and Cshoppy initiate 100% refund to the customer
- Customer should not accept any broken package at the delivery time. Customer should check the package within one hour of delivery time and report to Cshoppy, if there is any damages found. Cshoppy will not be responsible for any returns or refunds after this timeline
- Cshoppy will not refund the charges for the return shipment of the products. However we will provide 5% discount for the next purchase of the customer (Maximum amount up to Rs 50/-)
- Cshoppy will not be providing any assurance on product replacements
